You can either directly take the system-generated proceedings file to printer for printing or just want to publish as e-Book format for online reading in an interactive mode. System provides personalized email services to let conference administrators to send personalized emails to all attendees, authors, reviewers, committee members or subset of the groups that fit the defined criteria so that conference administrator does not need to use his/her email account to send a large quantity of emails. In addition, system automatically sends out reminder emails at specified time interval to alert authors or others for something that is due or overdue.

System lets conference administrator to configure its own conference workflow and web contents such as travel/accommodation, conference background, program, events, and email content editing.

System provides various reports and their Excel file downloading so that conference administrator can monitor the status for different stages of the conference in a real time.
